USING THE SKYWALKER LISBON WEBSITE

By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

SKYWALKER LISBON sells clothing and accessories through this website.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on display settings or production batches.

All products are subject to availability.


BUYING ON SKYWALKER LISBON

To place an order:

  1. Select the desired product.

  2. Add the item to the shopping cart.

  3. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping and contact details.

  5. Select the preferred payment method.

  6. Confirm the order and authorize payment.

After completing the order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.


FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

The information contained on this website does not constitute a binding offer but rather an invitation to purchase.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming that we have received the request.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

The purchase contract between the customer and SKYWALKER LISBON will only be considered finalized when the order has been processed and shipped, and the customer receives a Shipping Confirmation email.

Only the items confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation are included in the contract.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise indicated.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods supported by the platform.

SKYWALKER LISBON reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will always be invoiced at the price applicable at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly indicated before the order is completed.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum delivery period is 30 days, in accordance with European Union consumer legislation.

SKYWALKER LISBON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the destination country may apply import duties, customs taxes or other fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customers are advised to check local customs regulations before placing an order.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform SKYWALKER LISBON through a clear written statement (for example by email).

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SKYWALKER LISBON reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


LEGAL WARRANTY

All products sold on this website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with European Union and Portuguese consumer protection laws.

Consumers are entitled to a 3-year warranty period from the date the product is delivered.

If a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable legislation.


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, customers should contact SKYWALKER LISBON as soon as possible.

We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and work towards a suitable resolution.


FRAUD PREVENTION

SKYWALKER LISBON reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Additional verification may be requested before processing certain orders.
